The Centre's programs are very popular, so APPLY early so that you are not disappointed!

Parent Testimonial - "Our daughter has been in every program at CCCCG from infant to kindergarten.  She absolutely loves "little school" and has grown up with most of the current teachers and staff, while maintaining friendships through every class as her buddies grow with her.  Staff appear to be treated very well and staff retention seems to be very high.  This is extremely important and beneficial to our daughter as she feels very comfortable and 'at home' at CCCCG."

Our programs offer flexible, spontaneous activities that become the starting point for further exploration in terms of how we develop our curriculum.

Our educators enrich each child's educational experience by providing and facilitating activities that incorporate a variety of learning styles such as visual, verbal, kinesthetic and musical intelligences.

The Centre's philosophy is rooted in an Emergent style curriculum. Emergent curriculum supports programs that are developmentally appropriate and child-initiated through active participation in play. Our primary objective is to invite interest, stimulate creativity and satisfy the desire for children to explore and discover the world. Our program follows the directive from the Ontario government using the Ontario Early Learning Framework for Children.

Through interactions with teachers, peers and the environment, children develop a sense of belonging and mutual respect. Children's emerging skills in the social, emotional, cognitive, physical, communication, language and literacy domains are observed and documented. Together staff and children plan for a wide range of authentic learning experiences that engages each child in play and learning.

The Centre has various rooms and programs that accommodate children from 3 months up to preschool (JK Entry - 4.5 years old) in both full-time (Monday to Friday) and part-time (Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday) care.  This has proven to be an exceptional environment for our children, staff and families who have had an opportunity to know each other and foster strong friendships over the years.

The Programs - Age appropriate learning and fun!

Within these programs, parents are required to follow the rules and guidelines of the Centre's Parent Handbook.

To ensure continuous improvement of our programs we survey parents annually.
